To join the U.S. Pizza Co. family, candidates will go through a clear qualification process:
Complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
Passing candidates receive an invitation to speak with a franchising representative.
A representative interview confirms fit for both you and U.S. Pizza Co.
Qualified candidates receive the Franchise Application and required documents.

Completed Franchise Application & RFIC (Request for Information and Consideration)
CPA Opinion Letter verifying PFS (Personal Financial Statement)
Signed Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) receipt

Training That Sets You
Up for Success
Your journey begins with a comprehensive training program, starting with a one-day orientation at our corporate office, followed by 5–6 weeks (200–300 hours) of hands-on training at an affiliate restaurant in Little Rock, AR. You’ll cover every aspect of operations, from kitchen management to guest service, with the option to extend training at no additional cost.

Your partnership with U.S. Pizza Co. doesn’t end after opening. Our experienced team is always available to help with operational challenges, ongoing marketing, and business development. Additional support is tailored to your needs, ensuring you always have the resources to grow your business.

Opening Assistance Every Step of the Way
From site selection and restaurant design to ordering equipment, setting up your point-of-sale system, signage, and marketing plan, our team provides full project management support. We’ll also help you hire and train staff, and our team will be on-site during your Grand Opening to make sure everything runs smoothly.
